Introducing FARobot’s highly reliable Swarm Mobile Robot (SMR) series, the AMR managed by SWARM CORE®. The SMR250 and SMR1000 of 250Kg and 1000Kg payload respectively support seamless interoperability with multi-brand robots in a hybrid fleet. It is crafted in compliance with the ISO 3691-4 standard, assuring ultimate safety.
Coordinated by SWARM CORE®, SMR can automatically adjust the safe zone in the environment according to the size of loaded materials. This ensures safe transportation of materials of varying sizes while adapting to the demands of HMLV production.
Compact and powerful
With its low-profile design that has a height under 272 mm for the embedded lift SKU, SMR provides exceptional space efficiency. It also offers uncompromised performance, with a maximum speed of 1.5 m/s, even under full load of 250Kg.
SMR is powered by 48V/10A & 24V/2A and equipped with four digital I/Os and M12 Ethernet. This allows SMR to directly control conveyors and other top-modules with high-density data transmission, eliminating the need for additional equipment like PLC or IPC. This helps shortens the process of development and integration.
SMR250 has an ISO Class 3 cleanroom rating and is capable of working with PCB and SMT processes in cleanrooms, ensuring the high level of cleanliness and precision required for manufacturing advanced electronics.
Ultimate safety assurance
SMR is ISO 3691-4 and EN1175 certified and equipped with an emergency stop and Emergency power off system, which ensure safety under emergency conditions.
